To become a member of HARDline you must attend 3 club meetings/events.  Meetings and events count the same (an example would be 1 meeting and 2 trail rides, or 3 meetings, or 2 meetings and 1 trail ride, etc.).  After you have attended 3 meetings/events, you will be eligible to be voted on by the group.  To be voted on, you must also be sponsored by an existing member.  This simply means that in your time with us, an existing member is willing to vouch for you as an asset to our group.  After the vote, you pay your yearly dues ($30 a year...$20 July-December).
